Founded by working mum Gillian Nissim, the team at Working Mums know what its like to try and find jobs and business opportunities that are challenging and rewarding, but which also offer flexibility. As employers, we also know that it is not always easy to find really good, experienced and committed people on a part-time basis, or for a short-term project cost effectively.
As parents, we’ve experienced the issues associated with going back to work after an extended period at home, suffered crises of confidence, undergone career changes and managed (and are still managing) our way through the ups and downs of combining parenthood with work we enjoy.
That's why we're building a database of jobs, employers and business opportunities that offers alternatives to traditional 9-5, Monday to Friday roles.
