Formed in 2003 by brother and sister team David Pinless and Lesley Smith, ParentsAlready.com was amongst the first significant niche dating sites targeting specific genres. It has grown to a massive size with loyal supporters, many of whom still retain their membership long after they have found someone, simply in order to chat with the friends they have made whilst on the site. Other sites were then launched, namely FiftyAlready.com (dating for the over 50s), EnabledAlready.com (dating for the disabled) and most recently ProfessionalsAlready.com (dating for professionals) and BarkingAlready.com (dating for pet lovers). All are run to the same standard of integrity and safety as the original Parents site.
